Prayers
Day 1

Day 2
Psalm 16 & 2 Chronicles 20:15
Day 3
Psalm 17 & Exodus 3:7-8
Day 4
Psalm 57 & Isaiah 54:4-5

Novena Prayers
Instructions: Simply pray the novena prayer that corresponds with each day for nine days straight. I would pray these twice a day, first thing in the morning and last thing before bed at night. Repeat the nine days of prayers as you feel needed.
Day 6
Psalm 46 & 2 Chronicles 15:5-7
Day 7
Psalm 5 & Isaiah 63:15
Day 8
Psalm 34 & Isaiah 46:11-13
Day 9
Psalm 31 & Mark 5:36
Hopono’ono
In your mind, picture the person or situation (or even yourself) that is causing you upset, and say the hopono’ono prayer to them. Repeat the prayer as many times as you feel needed (I typically will say at least 3 times).
I’m sorry you had to do what you did
Please forgive me for bringing out that side of you
Thank you for teaching me this lesson
I love you, because we are all one
Prayer of Surrender
Dear God,
Being of Light, I surrender this relationship to you. Take it, please. Help me to know what to do. Give me the Strength and Courage to do it. Help me to remember I am not in charge. Help me to be loving and kind. Help me to be of service. Help me to be who You would have me be. Help me to remember that whatever You have in store for me must, by definition, be greater than what I can imagine for myself.
Thank you.

Playlists:
Music is a powerful medium that we can related to and feel through. It’s become one of my most potent forms of medicine on my healing journey. Some songs that I’ve listened to during my hardest days I can’t stand to hear anymore, because they ignite such strong, depressing feelings by taking me right back to that place in time.
I’ve crafted three Spotify playlists of the songs that helped me cope, process and gave me hope:
Self-Love Reminders
The quotes, affirmations, mantra’s, bible verses, lyrics that I have on sticky notes on the mirrors around my home as constant reminders.
Affirmations:
I am loved
I am enough
I am strong
I can do hard things
I am right on time
I am on my own timeline
There is more than enough time
Quotes:
You’re too strong to crumble
Let whatever you do today be enough
Where would you have me go? What would you have me do? What would you have me say, and to whom? (A Course in Miracles)
Bible Verses:
God is within her, she will not fall - Psalm 46:5
The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit - Psalm 34:18
Song Lyrics:
Don’t give up right before the miracle (The Letter - Chevel Shepard)
